The primary role of the Online Event Producer is to assist the facilitator/speaker in creating an engaging and interactive virtual experience and provide excellent customer support to our clients as well as consultants.
Essential Job Function:
Support a variety of online virtual meeting platforms including Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, MS Teams and JoinMe.
Build strong relationships with client and facilitators by providing clear communication and creative solutions to problems that may arise. This includes consultation, preparation and planning of event as well as review of SOW (Statement of Work) expectations, customer experience and debriefing.
Perform virtual event related activities:
· Breakout Rooms
· Whiteboards/Annotations
· Surveys
· Other virtual event activities
· Provide support and guidance during event for participants (audio or video)
